Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To avoid gaps in our schedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, a $50 fee will apply, payable before booking your next appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: We may shorten or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded.
